I'm SO sorry to hear of Karen's passing. I worked with Karen for years in Indianapolis; in the DA Call Centers and in the Force Management Center. Karen loved her family ... you may not know who I am but I watched all of her children grow through proud pictures she brought to work and loving stories she shared. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers during the sad time.
