Ruth was a very kind person and I enjoyed talking with her when I was visiting my Mom, Minnie Childs. It was a pleasure meeting Ruth's family. Praying for comfort and peace for the family during this difficult time.

Ruth was a very special friend. I loved spending time with her and going to lunch. I will miss her greatly. But, I also know when we get to heaven there will be no more pain. I am so thankful she was a child of God.

Ruth was an extra-special friend to us. We met Ruth thru Mel's sister, Judy Bierman, who knew Ruth in Indy and used to ride her bus. I believe that it was Ruth who introduced us to scones and tea parties. We always enjoyed her Annual Open House. Ruth was a remarkable lady and we were blessed to know her and her family. Sending our love and prayers.

So sorry for your loss, Ruth was more like a mother to me than a stepmother she was warm and welcomed everyone and I mean everyone into her home she never knew a stranger. She was such a blessing to so many.
