Ronald J. "Ronnie" Branham, age 69, passed away Monday morning, September 12, 2016 at Rosegate Village in Indianapolis. He was a resident of Indianapolis.
Ronnie was born in Indianapolis on May 3, 1947, to his parents, the late Morris and Maude G. (Abney) Branham. He worked as a professional musician, playing the guitar and banjo, as well as, lead singer for many different bands through-out the last 50 years.
Ronnie loved his family and enjoyed the outdoors by fishing and hunting. He also enjoyed working as an outdoor hunting and fishing guide in Montana.
He is survived by his children, Charles Reuter of Florida, Angela (Ralph) Parker of Arkansas and Janell Branham of Seymour; nine grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; siblings, James (Carolyn) Branham of Franklin, Larry Branham of Indianapolis and Aaron (Joann) Branham of Whiteland.
Ronnie was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Amanda Parker; Helen Ferrill, Morris Branham Jr., Harold Branham, Boyd Branham, Paul Branham, Joe Branham and Bobby Branham.
Bro. Mike Day will conduct a memorial service at 2 p.m. on Saturday at the Morgantown General Assembly and Church of the Firstborn, 5885 S. Lick Creek Road in Morgantown. Friends may call from 1 p.m. until service time on Saturday at the church. Services have been entrusted to Meredith – Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center in Morgantown.
