Beverly J. Kean, age 65, of Brown County passed away all too soon on Sunday, May 5, 2019 at Franciscan St. Francis Health in Indianapolis

She was born June 21, 1953 in Franklin, to her parents, the late Willis and Ivie (Smith) Kean. Beverly was a 1971 graduate of Brown County High School. She retired in 2007 as the Supervisor of Housekeeping at The Seasons Lodge in Nashville after 35 years of service.

She was loved by everyone and enjoyed shopping, reading and cherished her time spent with family and friends, especially her great nieces and nephews.

Beverly is survived by her siblings, David Kean, Ramona Cave, Leona (Buck) Baker, Albert Kean, Rusty (Julie) Kean and Missy Kean, all of Brown County, Mickey (Jerrilyn) Kean of Monroe County; 21 nieces and nephews; and countless great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by siblings, Tom, Gary and Lester Kean.

In keeping with her wishes, a private celebration of her life will be held by her family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center in Morgantown.

Memorial contributions may be sent in honor of Beverly to the Susan G. Komen, The Cure for Breast Cancer, 3500 DePauw Blvd. Indianapolis, IN 46268.

BEV and I rode the school bus together when we went to sprunica and helmsburg elementary.... what good memories.... she was always trying to make her younger brothers and sisters behave themselves. such a sweet girl. she will be missed... cathy (mullis) sisson

Worked with Beverly at the Season's (Ramada) Audrey Fitzgerald was the Supervisor and Beverly was the assistant, she was so kind to everyone. Loved working with her.

Worked for Beverly at the Season when my 16 yr old son passed .. she was so full of compassion and understanding .. have a lot of fond memories of her .. she was the best of the best .. Beverly will always have her footprints in my heart .. Fly high <3
