Please know the entire family has my deepest and heart felt sympathies. Aunt Elaine was a special women to all of us and she will always be missed. I have such fond memories of growing up around Uncle Bob and Aunt Elaine...great family dinners with the best food EVER in the basement, playing outside till after dark with Alan and Philip, hearing her great stories and the smell of cedar every time you waked in the house! I feel very fortunate to have gotten to see and talk to her last year! Sad that I didn’t get to be in her presence more. We have our memories, she will be missed by many, love to you all. Always made me feel welcome in her house, to chat with her on the porch, and when she shared her flowers with me. She will be missed and never replaced, truly a remarkable woman.

My sincere condolences to the family and friends. Although not personally acquainted with Shorty, I often heard of "Shorty and Bob" from my Dad and Mom (Karl and Elsie Noblitt). To the family, I can only say that as long as there are great memories, those we lose will never be gone from our hearts. Prayers to all,

My grandma is the one of the best examples of who I will never measure up to but hope I can come close to by the time my life is nearing it's end. Grandma Shortie I've love you from the moment I met you. From peanut butter and jelly sandwiches to chocolate pies you were unmatched in character and love. I love you so much thank you for always being there.
