Molly P. (Moore) Fleener, age 35 passed away Thursday afternoon, April 3, 2014 at Franciscan St. Francis Hospital in Indianapolis. She was a resident of Franklin.
Molly was born in Franklin on December 4, 1978 to her parents: John M. and Karen (Stambro) Moore. She was a 1997 graduate of Whiteland High School and went on to earn a Paralegal Degree from Kaplan University in 2014. Molly married Tom Fleener on May 20, 2012 in Trafalgar. He lovingly survives.
She is also survived by her mother: Karen Moore of Morgantown; father: John M. (Marietta) Moore of Franklin; children: Julliann & Shayne Fleener both of Franklin; siblings: Rachael (Joey) Hagan of Whiteland, Kathleen Moore of Franklin, John (April) Moore of Bloomington, Scott (Jenny) Moore of Franklin and Thomas (Elissa) Moore of Vancouver, British Columbia; and several nieces and nephews.
Molly was a loving wife, mother and homemaker who enjoyed the outdoors and had a passion for rescuing stray animals. She was very artistic and had an knack for decorating. Molly was an active member of the American Cancer Society and the Quit Now Indiana Campaign. She publicly spoke on many occasions on the risks of smoking. Molly was also a member of the Sycamore Bible Church in Trafalgar.
The Rev. Garry Miles will conduct a funeral service on Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Meredith – Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center, 179 E. Mulberry St. in Morgantown. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until time of service on Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at East Hill Cemetery in Morgantown.
