Elizabeth M. Woodall-Sizemore, age 58, passed away peacefully on Saturday morning, May 2, 2015 at Our Hospice of South Central in Columbus. She was a resident of Franklin.
Elizabeth was born March 8, 1957, in Columbus, to the late Grover I. and Clara B. (Blackburn) Woodall. She worked for over 15 years in the maintenance department at Cummins. Elizabeth enjoyed driving, shopping, hiking, and spending time in the outdoors. Her pride and joy were her three grandchildren and four great grandchildren, whom she loved to spend time with.
Elizabeth is survived by her; children: Savannah R. (Joe) Sizemore-Nichols and Dallas Sizemore both of Franklin, and Chianne (Michael) Woodall-Bass of Taylorsville; lifelong companion: Danny Cowan of Hope, brothers: Simon Woodall of Morgantown and Harvey Woodall of Flat Rock; three grandchildren: Cody Hazelgrove, Andrea Reagin, Elijah Nichols; and four great-granchildren: Eiley, Maddyn, Paisley and Henry Hazelgrove.
She was preceded in death by her sister: Wilma Stapleton.
A funeral service will be conducted at service at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 6th, 2015 at Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center, 179 E. Mulberry Street in Morgantown. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be at East Hill Cemetery in Morgantown.
The family asks that everyone wear yellow on Wednesday, in honor of Elizabeth.
