Bob, I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your dear and precious Dottie. She was the most beautiful person that anyone could ever know. Whenever I would go over to Engineering from Post 52, we would talk up a storm. I always enjoyed that. I always referred to the women here at ISP who knew how to run this Department and she was definitely one of them. I know you will miss her dearly. My prayers go out to you and your family.

Bob, I am so sad for you. I know you loved her dearly. It's been 21 years since my own loss, but I can still feel empathy for you. You will be in my prayers for quite some time.

I respectfully admired Dottie when she was working for the Indiana State Police. When I would visit her office to find out if Bob was available to talk to for some work related problem, she seemed to always be cheerful and kind. My respect and warm thoughts go out to Bob Goble and all of Dottie's family. She was a good soul and will be missed. I am not presently able to know if I'll be able to attend visitation or funeral due to my own minor ailments. Best wishes to all the family. Sincerely, Paul E. Hubbard Retired from Indiana State Police and also from Integrated Public Service Commission (electronics technician).
