Dean Alan Hudson

October 7, 1962 - July 7, 2014

Dean Alan Hudson, age 51 went to live with his Lord and Savior after a lifelong courageous battle with Tuberous Sclerosis, on Monday evening, July 7, 2014 at Community Hospital South in Indianapolis. He was a resident of Greenwood and a former resident of Richmond.

Dean was born in Richmond on October 7, 1962 to his parents, James D. and Judith K. (Pierson) Hudson. He was a 1981 graduate of Richmond Senior High School and went on to work as a Corrugator Operator for Pakway Containers in Indianapolis. Dean was an avid player of chess and competed in many competitions. He enjoyed playing cards and was a fan of NASCAR with Jeff Gordon being his favorite driver.

Dean is survived by his devoted and loving parents: James and Judith Hudson of Greenwood; sisters: Renae D. Liming of Liberty and Rachelle L. (Ronald) Graham of Columbus; nieces: Kristen (James) Weddle of Greenwood and Lauren Graham of Columbus; and one great niece: Payson Weddle of Greenwood.

He was preceded in death by a brother in law: Terry Liming.

A private prayer service with immediate family members will be planned at a later date. Funeral services were handled by Meredith – Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center in Morgantown.

Sorry to hear of Dean's passing. He and my brother Don were good friends during their adolescence and I remember Dean fondly. May God provide comfort and peace to you all in the days that follow.
