Bonnie L (Wilson) Johnson

Bonnie L. (Wilson) Johnson, age 63, passed away Monday morning, March 9, 2015 at the Columbus Regional Hospital in Columbus. She was a resident of Brown County and a former resident of Bargersville.

Bonnie was born in Indianapolis on November 25, 1951 to her parents, the late Earl and Flora (Ross) Wilson. She married Harry Johnson Jr. on December 4, 1968 in Indianapolis. He preceded her in death on September 24, 1994. Bonnie later married Steve Johnson on December 30, 2000 in Morgantown. He lovingly survives.

Also surviving are her children: Douglas Johnson and Angela Summers both of Indianapolis; siblings: Colette Waters and David Wilson both of Whitley City, KY, Craig Wilson of Pine Knot, KY, Harold Crowe and Tommy Crowe both of Indianapolis and Jerry Crowe of Kentucky; and granddaughter: Katrina Summers of Indianapolis.

Bonnie was a loving mother and homemaker who worked as a Nurse at the Greenwood Convalescent Center in Greenwood during the late 1990's. She enjoyed crocheting, reading and bowling. She was known for her homemade Christmas candy during the holidays and flowering arranging.

The Rev. Burt Brock will conduct a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. on Friday at Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center, 179 E. Mulberry Street in Morgantown. Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home on Friday. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood.

Memorial contributions may be sent in honor of Bonnie to the Youth Bowling League of Hi Way Lanes, 400 N. Morton Street, Franklin, IN 46131.
